The annual sponsored walk in aid of the school was held on Sunday, 23 May 2010. The route took the walkers through Rathpoleen, Ballydonnell, Bawn, Garrylaun, Rathpatrick, Bayswell, Rathosheen, Toornamongan and Lough.

The sun was at its highest and hottest and everyone - parents and children - enjoyed the refreshments afterwards, which were sponsored by Crosspatrick Community Shop.
